Design+Tech is a group of friendly and awesomely creative folks who meet once a month to strengthen and build their web design super powers. We focus on the basics without getting overly technical or complicated.

The main goal of Design+Tech is to not only build a community of web savvy designers and creative types in Des Moines, but to also increase awareness of the importance of good design, especially within the tech community.

Design is so much more than aesthetics. When design and technology meet, awesome things happen. 

The startup and interactive community are rapidly growing here in Des Moines and the entire state of Iowa. There are jobs and opportunities to be had and we want to provide resources and education for those wanting to learn more.

We welcome designers, programmers, developers, writers, and marketing professionals from all skill levels and disciplines to come together and share their knowledge.
